Who's behind this.

JYC Agentic was founded by Yeena and partners on a conviction forged over years of running real operations: the businesses that will own the next decade are not the ones with the most people — they are the ones that put their data, their documents, and their decisions to work, automatically, around the clock.

Our roots run deep through Western Australia's economic backbone. The founding team's heritage spans major resources and infrastructure projects — the kind where a misplaced number costs millions and "near enough" is never good enough — alongside regulated family businesses and property development and management. That grounding shaped everything about how we build: disciplined, verified, compliance-first, and relentlessly practical.

Before we took on a single client, we spent two years building and running digital automation across our own operations — family businesses with real regulatory obligations, a property portfolio with real tenants and real settlements, and the thousand daily decisions that come with them. We watched the systems run before dawn, caught what broke, hardened what worked, and threw away what didn't earn its keep.
